New freight rail route from China to Uzbekistan launched

According to Wuxi Ribao, a new rail freight route from China's eastern province of Jiangsu through Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan began operating over the weekend.

The final destination of the train with more than 1,000 tons of goods worth $4.4 million is Uzbekistan, where the cargo should be delivered within 20 days.
