Now we need to teach young people in creative fields – Shavkat Mirziyoyev

“At the next stage, we will also develop textbooks for grades 5-11. As stated in the appeal, each graduate of the school must know two languages and learn one profession. Now there are 22 subjects in schools. And now we need to teach young people in creative fields. We need to consider both subjects and hours of classes,”- the President said.

At the moment, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev is addressing educational reforms at the International Congress Center.

The head of State spoke about the work done in schools in recent years. “We have built a thousand schools in the last 5 years. We have organized 7 million computer classes. We gave 14 trillion to work like this. This is a huge investment for our current conditions. But it's worth a give for education. This is our future,”- the head of State said.

Also, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that from January 1, new textbooks will be taught on the basis of experience in 14 regions.
