Opinion of the Constitutional Court published

A session of the Constitutional Court is being held to determine the compliance of the decision of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Opinion of the Constitutional Court:

Each paragraph of the constitutional bill was studied in detail, and based on the results of the study, no issue was identified that could not be submitted to a referendum.
