Our country ranks second in the number of foreign students in Russia

Currently, 48,700 students from our country are studying in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation.

Kazakhstan took the first place with 61,000 students.

Among Kazakh and Uzbek students, the most relevant field was economy and management.

Most of the foreigners studied at the People's Friendship University of Russia, Kazan Federal University, Synergy Moscow Financial-Industrial University, St. Petersburg Polytechnic University named after Peter the Great, Moscow State University, M.V. Lomonosov, Higher School of Economics, Ural Federal State University named after the First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin, St. Petersburg State University, Omsk Humanitarian Academy and First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M Sechenov.
