Penalty for illegal felling of trees will be 5 times higher

The moratorium on felling trees and shrubs is extended indefinitely.

Along with the restrictions and obligations in force during the moratorium, offenders additionally:

the amount of administrative fines for violation of the requirements of the moratorium by a factor of 5;
is applied in case of a 2-fold increase in penalties for damage caused by felling and damage to trees and shrubs.
It is categorically prohibited to adopt governmental resolutions, protocols, written orders, departmental documents, orders and resolutions of hakims containing prescriptions for felling, kundak, damage or destruction of trees and shrubs.

Also, the level (rating score) of construction contractors who have violated the requirements of the moratorium in the national information system "Transparent Construction" is reduced by one notch.
