Polish schools want to accept Ukrainian students

The Polish Ministry of Education is preparing to accept Ukrainian schoolchildren in the new school year. It was reported that starting from September, Polish schools are ready to accept 200-300 thousand children from Ukraine.

"We are systematically preparing for this. We have a very flexible system, created together with local government and authorities. Later, we will offer other schools where Ukrainian children can be admitted," the ministry said.

According to the Ministry of Education of Poland, there are about 700-800 thousand Ukrainian school-age children in the country, but about 500-600 thousand of them receive distance education in their Ukrainian schools.
