Powers of attorney for driving a vehicle are issued electronically

From September 1, 2022, the electronic issuance of power of attorney for motor vehicle management will be launched through the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (my.gov.uz).

The electronic power of attorney is not required to be notarized and it is checked electronically by YPX employees.

The state fee for an electronic power of attorney is charged in the following percentages compared to the state fee for notarizing a power of attorney (3 times the BAC - 900,000 soums):

for a period of up to one month - 10 percent (90 thousand soums);
for up to six months - 50 percent (450 thousand soums);
for up to three years - 100 percent (900 thousand soums).
