President of the Republic of Uzbekistan received the US ambassador

On September 7, president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America Daniel Rosenblum, who was completing his diplomatic mission in our country.

The head of state noted the contribution of Deniel Rosenblum to the development of Uzbek-US strategic partnership relations.

In subsequent years, a constructive political dialogue was established. With joint efforts, mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation is expanding. The volume of mutual trade is increasing, a number of investment projects are being implemented with the participation of leading US companies. Bilateral programs are being introduced in the fields of education and health.

In accordance with the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted in August this year, the American diplomat was awarded the highest state award of our country – the Order of friendship.

The US ambassador expressed sincere gratitude for the high assessment of his activities and noted that from now on he will continue to actively support the strengthening of multifaceted cooperation between our countries.
