President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in Astana

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Astana on October 12 on the official invitation of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev with a official visit.

At the airport, the head of our state was welcomed by Prime Minister of Kazakhstan A.Smailov and other officials.

On October 13-14, Astana will host meetings of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia and the Council of the Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The President of our country will attend and make a speech at them.

The agenda of summits includes issues of increasing mutual trade and promoting industrial cooperation projects, establishing efficient transport communications, ensuring food security and counteracting climate change.

The visit of the President of Uzbekistan also provides for a number of bilateral meetings and multilateral talks with heads of delegations of partner countries.
