Procedure for monitoring measures to combat land degradation has been established

The government approved a regulation on the way of monitoring, assessing and preparing reporting forms on combating the degradation of lands and making public the results.
According to the regulation, the lands of agricultural, forest and water funds, as well as the lands destined to mining and other industrial companies, shall be subjected to monitoring of the processes of combating and preventing the degradation of lands.
