Public administration bodies will be provided with satellite images

The Presidential Decree "On additional measures for the further development of the space industry" was adopted. According to the Decree, activities will be established to carry out space monitoring and to provide public administration bodies with satellite images, as well as the effective use of the results of space activities with the use of space technologies in the socio-economic sphere, in the fields of science, defense and security.

Until February 1, 2023, the data of state cadastres related to the spheres of state space monitoring will be integrated with each other through the interdepartmental data transmission network "Electronic Government".

According to the Decree, the procedure for registration of satellite mobile devices and terminals used on the territory of Uzbekistan, imported and manufactured for sale or personal use will also be developed.
