Russia-Uzbekistan: a new historical stage of cooperation

On September 20, 2021, an international conference "Russia and Uzbekistan facing the challenges of development and security at a new historical stage of interaction" was held.

The event was attended by official representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Russia, members of the Oliy Majlis, as well as more than 50 economic analysts and experts.

The conference discussed the impact of Uzbekistan on the sustainable development of Central Asia, threats to regional security and issues of mutually beneficial cooperation in these areas.
