Scientists are concerned about the emergence of new hybrid viruses

It is reported that the new mutations can easily "destroy" human immunity. That is, although antibodies against influenza infection are formed in the body, they easily bypass them and damage healthy cells.

In experiments on human lungs carried out by scientists at Glasgow University in Scotland, it was found that viruses do not compete with each other but, by combining their strength, become more dangerous.

It is noted that hybrid influenza infections have formed in this way and scientists claim they have not yet encountered such a virus.

It is also reported that this cross-infection can cause pneumonia in most cases. That is, the infection results in inflammation of the lung tissue and filling its cavity with fluid. As a result, the patient's breathing is impaired and his or her life is in danger.
