Separate funds are established for the development of neighborhoods

The President's decision "On measures to strengthen the role of the neighborhood institution in the life of society and further expand its financial capabilities" was adopted. In accordance with the decision, a "Fund for solving socio-economic problems of the neighborhood" was established in each neighborhood.

Funds are formed from the following:

proceeds from the sale of state objects in the neighborhood up to 2,000 square meters;
funds received from the lease of the property of the neighborhood;
funds allocated from additional sources of the local budget based on the decisions of district (city) councils of people's deputies;
funds allocated from the local budget to improve neighborhood infrastructure;
sponsorship donations of individuals and legal entities;
technical support funds from foreign (international) financial institutions and other foreign organizations (loans, grants, grants, etc.).
The funds will be used to repair and restore the neighborhood's internal roads, electricity and natural gas networks, and drinking and wastewater systems.

By January 1, 2023, the exact boundaries of each neighborhood will be determined.
