Shavkat Mirziyoyev again expressed his condolences to the Turkish brothers

On February 9, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Uzbekistan and once again expressed his condolences to the fraternal people. He asked the Almighty to repose the souls of the deceased, wished strength and patience to the families and loved ones of the victims, and a speedy recovery to the injured.

As you know, on February 6, powerful earthquakes occurred in the southeastern part of Turkey, the consequences of which shocked the whole world. The people of Uzbekistan share the pain and grief of the Turkish brothers, mourn with them.

On the same day, the head of our state expressed condolences to the people of Turkey and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. A group of rescuers has been sent from our country to help eliminate the consequences of the natural disaster. Cargoes with humanitarian aid are sent regularly.

Uzbek and Turkish always support each other, sharing joys and sorrows. The bonds of friendship, fraternity and mutual assistance show their strength even more clearly in such sad days.

The head of our state assured that Uzbekistan is ready to provide all necessary assistance. He left words of support and sympathy in the book of condolences opened at the embassy.
