Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the delegation headed by Sergey Lavrov

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov participating in the meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

At the meeting, the current issues on the agenda of Uzbekistan-Russia strategic partnership and alliance relations were discussed in detail.

Particular attention was paid to the development of the situation in the region and aspects of cooperation within international structures, including preparation for the SCO summit.
