Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in the India-Central Asia summit

 
Today, January 27, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will participate in the first India-Central Asia Summit, which will be held in the form of a video conference.
 
Pursuant to the agenda of the meeting organized by Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, the issues of further expansion of multilateral relations, strengthening regional ties and ensuring stability and sustainable development in the region will be canvassed.
 
Particular attention will be paid to promoting practical cooperation in trade, industrial cooperation, green economy, innovation and digital technologies, transport and logistics, cultural and humanitarian exchanges.
 
The summit is anticipated to end with the adoption of the Delhi Declaration, which gears toward strengthen friendly relations and long-term partnership in priority areas.
