Sports schools will be provided with medical equipment, medicines and sportswear

At the meeting, the Ministry of Sports Development was given a number of tasks:

On-site training of 279 children and adolescents in sports schools and the qualifications of coaches and their specialization in Olympic sports;

Linking each sports school with the mahallas, schools and technical schools in its territory and organizing at least 1 Olympic sports club;

Launching an electronic platform for the selection of athletes from the community by the end of the year;

Introducing a system of incentives for successful communities;

Allocating 35 billion UZS this year to provide sports schools with medical equipment, medicines and sportswear;

Introducing a procedure for providing school, sports school, college and university halls to non-Olympic sports clubs free of charge by September 1.

In general, ministries and provincial governors are required to take the necessary measures to ensure that 43% of youngsters (more than 6 million) are regularly involved in mass sports.
