State bodies and organizations shall forward postal items through the unified national system

State authorities, local executive authorities, state organizations, judicial and law enforcement bodies shall deliver addressed correspondence, notices, summonses and other legal documents to individuals and legal entities through the network of postal facilities using the unified national system.

The following postal items are sent by public authorities and organizations through the unified national system:

letters sent on behalf of legal entities and individuals, including reply letters to appeals sent by them;
payment notices and notifications;
subpoenas, court notices and procedural documents;
results of the provision of public services;
Decisions to impose a fine for an administrative offence.
