The employment contract must specify the details of the parties

According to the new Labor Code, the employment contract must indicate the date and place of the employment contract, the number of the employment contract and the details of the parties.

The employee's requisites in the employment contract include:

surname, first name and fareth's name;
information about the identity documents;
address of residence or stay and information for contacting him/her;
taxpayer identification number;
personal identification number of a physical person (if any);
number of individual cumulative pension account.
The employer's requisites in the employment contract include:

the name of the employer who entered into the employment contract;
Information on the employer's representative who signed the employment contract;
Location (postal address) of the employing organization
Taxpayer identification number;
Bank details of the employers;
Contact information of the employer (telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.).
