The financial center is an advanced world experience

According to statistics, 1/3 of the growth of foreign investment in the world since 2007 falls on the areas of the international financial center (IFC).

For example, the largest volume of tax payments among all sectors of the economy in 2020 to the contribution of the financial and related sectors of the UK at the expense of the activities of London City- 75.6 billion pounds sterling.

The financial center is an area of knowledge in the field of advanced world experience, expertise, modern economics, management, technological development, at the same time, Uzbekistan also has the idea of organizing an IFC. The IFC provides an opportunity to solve the urgent problems of the development of foreign economic relations of the Republic with Asian and European countries.

Mike Vardal believes that today in the world of Finance is discussing all sustainable development and rapid digitalization, and in this regard, Uzbekistan has the opportunity to move forward from existing centers by building a full-fledged digital infrastructure that meets the advanced standards of sustainable development, without repeating the mistakes observed in others.

According to Johen Biderman, managing director of the World Alliance of international financial centers, by 2030, international financial centers are “green”, digital, inclusive, and play an important role in attracting and preparing talent.
