The fourth consultative meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian countries will be held on July 21

On July 21 of this year, a summit meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian countries will be held. Issues of preparation for the meeting were discussed during the phone conversation between Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Sadyr Japarov on Monday.

According to the press service of the Kyrgyz leader, the next meeting of the leaders will be held in the Kyrgyz city of Cholponota.

It is noted that all the leaders of the Central Asian countries have already accepted the invitation to participate in this event.

It should be noted that the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev put forward the initiative to hold consultative meetings at the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly in 2017. The first summit was held in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, in March 2018, the second in Tashkent in November 2019, and the third in August 2021 in Avaz, Turkmenistan.
