The industry grew by 5.3 per cent in the first nine months of this year

A video conference on the use of existing capacities and new reserves for further development of local industry is held under the chairmanship of the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

It is noted that the complicated situation in the world, disruptions in transport, logistics and production chains, problems with energy resources also affect our country.

It was noted that the prices of resources attracted from abroad are increasing under the influence of changes in the world financial markets.

Therefore, it was pointed out that Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers, heads of industries, governors should seek opportunities in these difficult conditions, use the existing potential, show initiative and initiative, assume a concrete plan and responsibility for the forthcoming year.

In the first nine months of this year, the industry grew by 5.3%. But 65 large territorial enterprises reduced production by 1.6 trillion soums.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked to bring enterprises in sectors with reduced production to full capacity, helping them with working capital, taxes and transport.
