The information system «Prosecutor's participation in courts» will be launched in test mode

The Prosecutor's Participation in Courts Information System will be launched in a test mode in the specialised Prosecutor's Office building by September 1, 2023, and will be fully implemented in 2024.

This is noted in the Presidential Decree on Additional Measures to Effectively Organise Judicial Activities.

According to the decree, the following will be introduced:

-authority to handle certain categories of civil, commercial and administrative cases will be transferred to administrative bodies;
-Separate categories of criminal, civil, economic and administrative cases will be decided in lower courts.

In some areas, prosecutorial oversight will be reduced, the staffing of organisations under the authority of the Prosecutor General's Office will be approved, and the number of staff of the Specialised Prosecutor's Corps will be increased at the expense of this.
