The level of housing provision per capita increased by 18%

Over the past three years, 210,000 families were provided with mortgage loans in the amount of 33 trillion soums, 73,000 needy families received subsidies for down payment and interest payments in the amount of 1.3 trillion soums.

Market principles have been introduced into the industry and hundreds of private customer companies have been formed. 11 large clusters for the construction of seismic-safe and energy-efficient prefabricated reinforced concrete apartment buildings have been formed.
