"In accordance with Article 113 of the Labor Code, the employer has the right to exclude an unvaccinated employee from labor activity. In this regard, we ask you to ensure that your employees are vaccinated against coronavirus up to 20 January 2022 and take appropriate measures,” the ministry said in a message.
