The president laid a wreath at the Independence monument

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev went to the Yangi Uzbekistan Park and laid a wreath at the monument of Independence.

This complex was built in 2021, dedicated to the thirty years of our independence. It reflects the most important events from the ancient history of our country to the present day, the figures of our great-grandfathers. The Humo Bird is depicted at the very top of the monument.

"Monument of independence-a great monument built in honor of our native land, brave and courageous, peace-loving and hardworking, heroic people,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.

Representatives of the legislative chamber and Senate of the Oliy Majlis, The Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, The Tashkent City public also took part in the ceremony and laid flowers at the monument.
