The President of the People's Republic of China will pay a state visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan

At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to our country on September 14-16.

According to the visit program, high-level bilateral talks will be held in Samarkand.

At the meeting, issues of further strengthening of friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership relations between our countries, expansion of multifaceted cooperation will be considered.

As always, the practical aspects of cooperation, first of all, issues of promotion of programs in the fields of trade, investments, industrial cooperation, energy, transport, innovation, "green" and digital economy, health, education and culture.

The leaders of Uzbekistan and China will also exchange views on current issues on the international and regional agenda. At the end of the meeting, it is planned to sign a joint statement and a set of important agreements.

On September 15-16, the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, will participate in the events of the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
