The regulation on family orphanages was approved by the decision of the government. In accordance with the regulations, a family orphanage is established by the decision of the district (city) mayor.
Those who want to take children to family education apply to the khokim.
Citizens between the ages of 35 and 60 may be dependent parents.
Children from birth to 18 years old are given for family education.
Children aged 10 years and older can be placed in a family orphanage only with their consent.
At least 3, but no more than 5 children under the age of 3 are given to a family orphanage.
Living expenses of foster children in family orphanages are covered from the State budget.
5 times of BAC (1.5 million soums) for children under 7 years of age, and 7 times of BAC (2.1 million soums) for children aged 8-18 are allocated to dependent parents for the living expenses of each foster child.
