The procedure for the examination of investment contracts has been approved

The Presidential Decree “On measures to further improve the procedure for the design of investment and infrastructure projects, procurement documents and technical assignments and examination of contracts on the tender for state purchase" was adopted.

In accordance with the decision, payments for the examination of tender procurement documents, technical assignments and projects of contracts for state purchase are calculated in the amount of 0.1% of the purchase price without taking into account VAT, not more than 100 times of the BCA, and VAT is charged to this amount separately.

Payments for the comprehensive examination of the feasibility study of projects are calculated in the amount of 0.03% of the total amount of the project without taking into account VAT, but the equivalent is not less than 4 thousand US dollars and not more than 50 thousand US dollars, and VAT is charged to this amount separately.

For conducting a comprehensive examination of the technical and economic calculations of projects, a fee is charged in the amount of 50% of the amount established for conducting a comprehensive examination of the technical and economic justification of projects.

Examinations are carried out on the condition of a 100 percent advance payment.
