The sale of all Quramax drugs will be stopped

The Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan has ordered pharmacies to stop selling all medicines imported by the Quramaxs distribution company.

It should be noted that on 22 December, the Ministry of Health announced that it had stopped selling Dok-1 Max.
On December 29, the Agency for Development of Pharmacy Network ordered the wholesale organizations selling these drugs to stop selling Ambronol syrup manufactured by Marion Biotech and withdraw it from pharmacies.
On 30 December, a representative of the agency said that the sale of all drugs of the Indian company Marion Biotech in Uzbekistan was stopped. These include Sinepar, Travamax, Ambronol and others.
Also, the Uzbek pharmaceutical agency informed the Indian embassy in Tashkent that the amount of ethylene glycol in the drug Dok-1 Max is 300 times higher than the norm.
