The schedule of Uzbek-Egyptian events at the highest and highest levels has been reviewed

On January 5, 2023, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received Amira Fahmi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to our country. The sides discussed topical issues of mutually beneficial multifaceted Uzbek-Egyptian cooperation in all spheres.

Particular attention has been paid to the relations of the two countries within the UN, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international institutions.

The sides voiced hope for implementation of joint projects in trade-economic, investment, tourism, education, cultural and humanitarian and other spheres.

During the talks, the sides also discussed the schedule of Uzbek-Egyptian relations and joint activities at the highest and highest levels for 2023.
