The work carried out in each district is under the control of the responsible officials

On November 28 of current year, under the direction of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Jamshid Hodjaev the meeting devoted to the discussion of the current state of works on socio-economic development of some districts of the capital and measures to further accelerate them was held at Shaykhantakhur district of Tashkent via videoconference from the studio.
The meeting was attended by heads of ministries, departments, sectoral associations, as well as heads of local authorities of Yashnabad, Bektemir, Chilanzar, Mirzo Ulugbek, Shaikhontokhur and Yunusabad districts, members of working groups attached to these districts.
During the event, the reports of the responsible heads of the working groups in 10 areas on the work being conducted to study the current state of social and economic development of the regions, the problematic issues identified and the measures for their rapid resolution were presented.
In particular, the results of studies of 6 districts of Tashkent revealed 2,721 problematic issues, of which 1,819 were solved directly on the spot. For the remaining 903 issues it was instructed to develop "roadmaps" in each district with specific measures, responsible executors and timelines for implementation.
At the end of the meeting, the heads of working groups were instructed to submit detailed weekly reports on the implementation of each item of the Roadmap. The reports are considered at the meetings of the government commission on foreign trade, investment, development of domestic industry and technical regulation.
