There will be a list of employees who are entitled to a pension

The Regulation on the procedure for granting and payment of state pensions has been approved by the Government Decision.

These Regulations define the procedure for solving the issues of assignment of state pensions, application of pension benefits, recalculation, restoration, payment, deduction from pensions, provision of pensions and other payments to citizens.

The administration of organizations annually in December on the basis of personal statements and employment records compiles lists of employees who will be entitled to a pension in the following year, both on general and preferential terms.

A citizen has the right to apply for a pension at any time from the date of entitlement to a pension, without being limited to any period of time.

It is not allowed for the Pension Fund office to make a decision about verification of available data for assignment of pension when the information necessary for assignment (recalculation) of pension was received

-From the funded pension system;
-From the electronic centralized register of individual records of insurance contributions, transferred to the Pension Fund;
-From the electronic centralized register of individual records of citizens' wages;
-From interdepartmental hardware and software complex of the Unified National Labor System and information systems of other ministries and departments.
