Tourist zone "Charvak" is put up for sale

Certain obligations are assigned to the winning bidder.

The directorate of the free tourist zone "Charvak", the Agency for State Assets Management and the khokimiyat of the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region put forward for sale through the "e-ijro auksion" the buildings and structures of the "Chatkal" recreation zone, which has high tourist attractiveness.

Buildings and structures of the Chatkal recreation area (land plot - 9.1 hectares) will be sold on a single electronic trading platform “E-IJRO AUKSION”.
The starting price of the lot is 12.1 billion soums.

The winning bidder commits to build a 3-star hotel with 200 rooms within 24 months.
