Turkmen citizens in Uzbekistan will also participate in Presidential elections

Citizens of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan can vote in the March 12 presidential election at a polling station set up at the Turkmen embassy in Tashkent.

The diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan will invite its citizens permanently and temporarily residing in the territory of Uzbekistan to take part in preliminary voting at the polling station 1, in the embassy building, at 19, Afrosiyob Street, Tashkent, on March 12 from 07.00 to 19.00.

The election is open to all citizens of Turkmenistan over the age of 18. Voters must have a passport or a document that replaces a Turkmen passport.

Citizens of Turkmenistan who have passed consular registration will be included in the voter list directly.

P.S: The Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of Turkmenistan has registered 9 candidates for the presidency.
