UN: World population has reached 8 billion

According to the UN " World Population Prospects 2022 " report released on Monday evening, November 14, the world population has now reached 8 billion people. According to the report, the world population is also predicted to reach 8.5 billion people by 2030, 9.7 billion people by 2050, and 10.14 billion people by 2080.

China and India remain the most populous. By 2050, however, Africa will account for most of the population growth, while Europe's population is expected to decline.
