Up to 100 thousand young specialists will be trained in the field of information technology

The resolution "On additional measures to stimulate young specialists in the field of information technology and computer programming" was adopted.

The decree established the following:

Venture fund in the form of a limited liability company at AT “Aloqabank”;

“IT Knowledge Development Center” in the form of a limited liability company.

Based on the needs of ministries and organizations, an order is formed annually between the educational organizations selected by the center within the established target parameters.

A candidate for targeted training in educational organizations is a citizen of Uzbekistan aged 16 to 35 years.

The selection of candidates is carried out by the Center together with educational organizations on a competitive basis.

The selected candidates conclude an agreement with the center on the sharing of their prospective income, according to which a target debt is provided for tuition fees in the field of information technology and computer programming.

Fellows are required to return the targeted loan and interest on this loan after graduation.
