Uzbek students are now allowed to arrive Russia

The Russian government allowed foreign students from a number of countries, including Uzbekistan, to return to Russia to continue their full-time studies.
According to the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, foreign students, graduate students, residents, students of preparatory faculties from Venezuela, Germany, Syria, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka can return to Russia to continue their studies.
Let us recall the rules for the entry of foreign students into Russia: before arriving in Russia, foreign students must notify the university by e-mail at least 10 days in advance of the date of crossing the border. After sending the letter, you will receive information about the entry by e-mail.
No earlier than three calendar days before arriving in Russia, the student must do a COVID-19 test using the PCR method. If the result is negative, obtain in your country the corresponding document in Russian or English. Within 72 hours after entering the territory of Russia, foreign students must pass a second PCR test.
