Uzbekistan-Turkey: A package of documents aimed at strengthening the strategic partnership was signed

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan have signed a joint statement following the second meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council.
In addition, 9 documents aimed at further expanding multifaceted Uzbek-Turkish cooperation at the level of governments, ministries and departments of the two countries were signed.
Including:
- Preferential Trade Agreement;
- Protocol on the exchange of advance information on the movement of goods and means of transport across the state border;
- Memorandum of Understanding on Labor and Employment Cooperation;
- Memorandum of Cooperation in Forensic Science;
- Memorandum of Understanding in the field of construction;
- Action Plan between the Ministries of Health for 2022-2023;
- Cooperation Agreement between the National News Agency of Uzbekistan and the Turkish Anadolu Agency.
