What results are expected from the OTS Summit in Samarkand?

On the eve of the first Organisation of Turkic States Summit in Samarkand, scheduled for 11 November, the Bright Uzbekistan team held an interview with Mirvokhid Azimov, the organisation's Deputy Secretary General.
