What will change in Uzbekistan's legislation from 1 January?

Information was provided on the main changes in the national legislation of Uzbekistan that will come into force from 1 January 2023.

-The requirements in the field of entrepreneurship are being simplified;
-Procedures for conducting inspections of entrepreneurs are changed;
-Entrepreneurs are provided with additional benefits;
-Electric vehicle charging stations are exempted from taxes and customs duties;
-New forms of statistical reporting are coming into force; some forms will be cancelled;
-An experiment on VAT refunds for foreign tourists is set to begin;
-The procedure for calculating pensions will change;
-Pensions will be increased for people with category I and II disabilities
-Additional requirements for medicines will be set;
-The procedure for taxation of services under import contracts will be changed;
-A lawyer's license will be issued online;
-Requirements in the construction sector will be simplified;
-The levy on the export of textile products will change;
-Mortgage loan subsidies will be exempted from personal income tax';
-E-patrol system is being introduced;
-Honorary donors will be granted a number of benefits;
-Local budgets will begin to contribute to the Children's Health Promotion Fund;
