«World Halal Summit 2022»: Uzbek chefs continue to win prizes

From November 24 to 26 this year at the Istanbul Exhibition Center (IFM) runs "World Halal Summit 2022", and within the framework of the summit a halal food contest takes place.

The team of Uzbekistan Chefs Association took another medal.

The event is held under the auspices of the President of Turkey, the Islamic Center for Development of Trade (ICDT) and the Islamic Standards and Metrology Institute (SMIIC), and with the support of the Islamic Culinary Platform WICS. The event is traditionally attended by government officials, businesses, academics, experts, and catering professionals.

Delegates and guests from 80 countries will attend the summit events. The "Halal Expo 2022" exhibition also takes place at the same time as the summit, the guests of which, among other things, will be able to get acquainted with the latest technologies and trends on the market in the field of catering.

The main factors of the summit are popularization of culinary excellence of high professional cuisine according to Halal criteria, development of hotel and restaurant business, as well as development of pilgrimage tourism.

The summit aims to facilitate exchange of experience, determination of perspective directions of development of culinary according to Halal criteria, improvement of professional skills, exchange of experience among specialists around the world, determination of modern tendencies in Halal sector as well as determination of new directions on Halal market.
