Yandex Go service to be launched in three more cities of Uzbekistan

Yandex Go, launched in 2018 in Uzbekistan, is now available in eight cities across the country. It is also reported that Yandex Go will soon be launched in cities in Uzbekistan such as Nukus, Karshi and Urgench.

Kirill Svintsov, director on development of the company in the CIS, informed about it within the framework of "ICTWeek 2022" in Samarkand.

"We continue to introduce a cheap and convenient way to travel to new cities. In the coming months, residents of Nukus, Karshi and Urgench will be able to use our app," Svintsov said.

It is noted that the company will continue to work on its own security technologies for drivers and users alike. Earlier this summer, an automatic speed control service was launched on orders.

When a driver completes a service order, the technology uses GPS to track their journey and determine their speed.
