The procedure for requesting a power of attorney from drivers has been canceled

The resolution «On measures to simplify the procedures for the provision of public services in the field of road safety» was adopted. (No. 271 of 04.05.2021)

Starting from September 1 of this year, the procedure for requiring drivers to submit the following documents by transferring them to an electronic format is canceled:
- power of attorney for the management of motor vehicles (notarized);
- information about the technical inspection carried out;
- permission to change (darken) the color of the windows of vehicles.
