A videoconference was held with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

On August 23, 2021, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held a meeting with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adel al-Jubeir in the form of a video conference.

The prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in mutually beneficial areas were discussed.
During the conversation, they discussed the situation and developments in Afghanistan. They also touched upon the issues of interaction between the parties within the framework of international organizations.

A timetable for follow-up joint activities was reviewed.
