228 electric vehicles were imported to Uzbekistan in 2 months

According to preliminary data of the State Statistics Committee, in January-February 2022, Uzbekistan received 228 electric vehicles worth 5.9 million US dollars from 6 foreign countries.

Imports of electric vehicles increased by 150 compared to the corresponding period in 2021.

In the first 2 months of 2022 , Uzbekistan imported mainly electric vehicles from the following countries:

China – 216
Hong Kong – 5
Germany – 3
Estonia – 2
