93.9% of total crimes committed this year are exposed

At the twenty-ninth plenary session of the Senate, the information of the minister of Internal Affairs about the state of prevention and Prevention of offenses was heard in the first half of 2022.

As noted, as a result of the measures taken in accordance with the relevant decision of the Senate of March 19, 2022, measures of disciplinary action were applied to leaders and employees who did not properly organize work on the containment of crimes during their activities.

It is noted that 93.9% of the total crimes committed this year were exposed. 2,841 persons were detained in the search and 203 missing persons were found. 1,079 of the crimes that remained unsolved throughout 2021, 151 of the crimes that had not been uncovered in previous years, are provided for exposure.

Significant work has been carried out in the Prevention of crime in the neighborhoods.

In the first half of this year, 53% of the total neighborhoods did not commit crimes, and a reduction in crimes was achieved in 14%. 33 percent of the neighborhood with increased crime was included in the” red " category, and joint patrolling routes were established.

Along with the results achieved, it was noted that there are certain shortcomings in the activities of the internal affairs bodies, problems awaiting solution and completely unused opportunities.

Work is slow to be carried out by preventive inspectors in the elimination of crimes committed in the neighborhood areas. Therefore, conditions have been created for the reproduction of certain types of crimes that can be avoided.

93% of persons standing on the account of health institutions, 96% of drug addicts were not sent for compulsory treatment, while only 4.1% of those who put alcohol on alcohol, 52% of aggressive mental patients in the dispensary account were sent for compulsory treatment. The relevant decision of the Senate was adopted on these issues.
