A credit line of $100 million will be opened for tourism services by November 1, and an additional $100 million will be drawn for next year by the end of the year.

The khokim of each region was instructed to develop a project for the organization of his "tourist ring" to attract domestic and foreign tourists. The best projects will be awarded a loan of up to 20 million dollars on a competitive basis.

Although the Central Bank was instructed to allocate 1 trillion soums of credit resources and attract additional foreign credit lines of 100 million dollars by the end of the year, it was criticized that these funds have not yet reached entrepreneurs.

If funds of 1 trillion soums are not placed in commercial banks, strict measures will be taken against the leadership of the Central Bank.

It was ordered to open a credit line of 100 million dollars for tourism services by November 1, and to attract an additional 100 million dollars for the next year by the end of the year.

Also to officials:

study all water reservoirs, forestry lands and develop a program for the establishment of tourist zones in them;

submission of a proposal for the establishment of a fast transit service at customs and border points, and the launch of tourist information centers.
