A draft law on the enforcement of human rights and freedoms

A legislative act would be drafted in accordance with the bill, including a number of priorities for strengthening justice and the rule of law and ensuring unconditional respect for human rights and freedoms.

-In order to further expand the use of the institution of habeas corpus in the investigation of crimes, transferring to the courts the powers of prosecutors to conduct searches, wiretap telephones and authorize the seizure of property;
-Introduction of a procedure for sending a criminal case to court, together with an indictment (bill of indictment) and a defence counsel's report.
